Every piece ships tracked to your door by DHL or FedEx Express.

Duties and taxes are included. The price includes import duties and taxes for your country, and we pay them before your parcel arrives, so the courier never asks you for money at the door. This is true everywhere we ship, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the EU, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

How much of the price is duties and taxes? Roughly: United States 20 to 30 percent; United Kingdom about 25 percent; EU 25 to 35 percent depending on the country; UAE about 10 percent; Saudi Arabia about 20 percent. It varies by item. It is our cost, not a line on your bill.

Shipping cost. Shipping within the United States is included. For other countries, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Timing. Every piece is made to order. Felted portraits are made by hand and our felting schedule fills up, so for those we ask you to request a date first; nothing is charged until you approve the date. For printed figures and urns, within 2 business days of your order (Monday to Friday, China Standard Time, not counting Chinese public holidays), we'll email you to confirm your reference photos and size. If everything is in hand, that email includes the date your piece will ship. If we still need a photo or a detail, we'll send the ship date once we have it. That date is the day it ships, not the day it arrives. We won't start until you approve the date. If you decline the date for an urn or a printed figure, we'll refund you in full. If you don't reply by the date we name in the scheduling email, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method and we won't start. If we cannot meet a ship date you already approved, we'll email you before that date. You can take the new date or get a full refund to your original payment method. If you do not accept the new date, we refund you in full and do not ship. If you need it by a certain date, write to us before ordering and we will say if it can be there by then.

Saudi Arabia. Customs there requires the recipient's national ID or Iqama number. We will ask for it by email before the piece ships.

Customs declaration. Every parcel is declared as commercial goods at the price paid, with duties and shipping shown separately on the invoice.

Please check your address carefully; changes after shipping are usually not possible.
