Within 2 business days we'll email you the ship date, the coat level we'll match from your photos, the final price, and a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve the date. Transit time is extra.
For printed figures and urns, we'll email you within 2 business days of your order to confirm your reference photos. Once everything is in hand, we'll give you the date your piece will ship. We won't start until you approve the date. If you decline, we'll refund you in full. Transit time is extra.
You can send more photos or change the details any time before we begin. A printed figure includes a design preview for you to confirm before we begin. An urn has no design preview; we confirm your reference photos with you before we begin. When a piece is finished, we send you a photo of it before it ships.
